Bound by an unbroken spirit, we had united. War had scattered Ukrainians worldwide, from Odesa and Lviv to San Francisco and New York. Yet, solace and connection were found in Kurenivka at Burning Man 2023, nestled in the heart of Black Rock City.

Our Drunk Cherry Bar had stood as a vibrant testament to our hospitality, where laughter and stories converged, birthing friendships amid the dance of unity. Workshops and seminars unfolded, illuminating the richness of our culture and traditions.

Kurenivka 2023 wasn’t just a camp; it was a collective experience under the infinite Playa sky, an extraordinary journey of unity and resilience we had shared. We had invited the world to step into our embrace, and together, we danced to the rhythm of a shared human experience.
